Blighted Quiver (I) No Cost 40 sec Cooldown Passive: Varus' basic attacks deal 4 (+25) bonus magic damage and apply Blight for 6 seconds (stacks 3 times). Varus' other abilities detonate Blight, dealing magic damage equal to 2% (+2%) of the target's maximum Health per stack. Active: Varus' next Piercing Arrow deals bonus magic damage equal to 6% to 9% of the target's missing health (scales with Piercing Arrow charge). Blighted Quiver is capped at 360 damage against monsters.

далее, реворк ургота был в июле 2017, с полным визуальным апдейтом, а следовательно скины были обновлены, и неплохо так (можно сказать как новенькие).
вывод: скины на ургота куда свежее скинов на варуса, так что не плачем, ибо он заслужил
