‘리그 오브 레전드 : 소환 展’ 다큐멘터리 (The Summoning: Documentary),Gaming,,“한국미술, 리그 오브 레전드를 만나다.” The Summoning : Korean Traditional Art Meets League of Legends “한국미술, 리그 오브 레전드를 만나다” 다큐멘터리는 '리그 오브 레전드 : 소환 展'에 참여한 6인의 한국미술작가들이 전시에 참여하게 된 배경, 작업 과정, 그리고 작품을 통해 전달하고자 하는 이야기를 담았습니다. 온라인 소환전 바로가기 : http://event.leagueoflegends.co.kr/artxlol/ '리그 오브 레전드 : 소환 展'은 리그 오브 레전드의 챔피언과 세계관을 한국 미술의 아름다움으로 새롭게 소환해 낸 전시입니다. 여섯 명의 한국미술 작가들과 함께 준비한 이번 전시에서는 민화부터 풍경화, 초상화,정물화까지 다양한 장르의 한국 미술을 만날 수 있습니다. 룬테라와 협곡으로 다시 그려진 십장생도. 동양적인 풍경화로 표현된 아이오니아와 그곳의 챔피언, 정물화 속에서 뛰노는 귀여운 요들 챔피언들의 산책, 베일듯 날카롭게 솟은 빙폭을 지배하고 있는 프렐요드의 세 부족, 한복을 차려입고 단아한 자태를 뽐내는 미인도 속 챔피언들, 그리고 프로게이머와 챔피언의 관계를 그려낸 초상화까지. 이번 전시를 통해 한국 미술로 소환된 리그 오브 레전드의 매력에 흠뻑 빠져보세요. Visit the gallery : http://event.leagueoflegends.co.kr/artxlol/eng/ League of Legends : the Summoning is an interpretation of the League of Legends universe and its champions through the Korean visual art tradition. The exhibition features works prepared by six Korean artists in a variety of traditional Korean art genres: the folk art tradition of the minhwa, landscapes, and portraiture. The iconic Ten Symbols of Longevity rendered in the world of Runeterra and the Summoner’s Rift; Ionia and her Champions imagined through the visual style of the traditional Korean landscape; Yordle Champions roaming through a still life; the three tribes of the Freljord ruling over the razor sharp ridges of frigid glaciers; Champions showcasing their elegant beauty in traditional Korean attire; and traditional ink portraiture that captures the bond between a pro-gamers and their champion of choice. We hope that this exhibition provides an opportunity to explore and enjoy the League of Legends universe, as summoned by the Korean art tradition.
