Вбрела мне тут в голову мысля сделать простенький опросец: за какой город-государство вы в качестве призывателя хотели бы выступать? Учтите, что именно в качестве призывателя, а не чемпиона! Заодно хотелось бы сразу ответить на пару вопросов, которые наверняка были бы в будущем. Призрачные острова не являются политической единицей в Рунтерре, так как жители и правительство сделались призраками вследствие безумного ритуала ихнего короля, посему оттуда призывателей нет и быть не может. Бездна (и Икатия в том числе) так же не имеют своих представителей в Институте войны. Шурима же после воскрешения её императора Азира восстанавливается семимильными шагами и уже успела обзавестись своим представительством в Лиге Легенд. Так вотс. Если бы вы были призывателем (магом, что решает политические судьбы мира путем сражений на Полях Справедливости), то от какого города-государства вы бы имели честь пребывать в Институте войны?
З.Ы. Фрельорд расколот на куски из-за постоянных войн, но все таки имеет своих общих призывателей.

CH-3X Lightning Grenade: Throws a grenade that discharges three times, dealing 150/200/250 (+0.6 AP) magic damage each time. Both the stun and slow areas are larger and the slow is improved to 80%.

Ascension ( R ): Xerath ascends to his true form, briefly gaining arcane vision of a large area around himself. He becomes rooted in place and his basic abilities are disabled, but he gains 4 shots of very long distance magic artillery. Fire these shots off with left or right mouse button. The effect lasts up to 7 seconds or until deactivated.
While Ascension is active, Xerath takes 10/20/30% less damage. He cannot be moved by displacement effects, but they briefly stun him.
Arcane Barrage Xerath bombards a target area with explosive energy, dealing 150/200/250 ( .45 AP ) magic damage to all enemies hit. Range: 2900/3600/4500 Mana Cost: 100/150/200 Cooldown: 150/135/120 Overwhelming Power ( passive ) now grants 15% bonus AP instead of up to 26% at MPen at 18. Overwhelming Power ( passive ) now retores 12% of BASE mana up from 4% of maximum mana.

Прошу у всех прощения за долгое отсутствие новых выпусков. Много чего было, о чём стоит и не стоит рассказывать. В любом случае я тута, перевод здеся, а ещё я тут решил разнообразить свою жизняку. Короче дело такое - сделал канал на твиче, полностью бесплатный. Буду периодически стримить то, как я чищу новые странички комиксов.
