Давно не было ничего интересного.
Начнем с фэйджа, риоты давно считали что арт слишком хорош для топ лайна, и если замедление прошло то убежать практически нереально (ибо замедление уже не сойдет). Фэйдж/трифорс замедление заманено на рэйдж Фйэдж: 20 мувспида при ударе/ 60 при убийстве на 2 сек, трифорс 30/90 бонус скорости передвижения повышен с 8 до 10%.
Олаф: топорам добавлен минимал рендж, юниты не мешают его подобрать
На тру уроне, дамаг уменьшен на хай лв, но автоатаки его уменьшают (на сколько пока не известно)
Безжалостные удары спелвамп убран, вампирик порезан, вамп от отсутствующих хп то же
Ульт при использовании отменяет бонусный армор/резист, как и раньше антиконтроль + сплеша с атак.
Мастеру йи увеличили на хай лв отхила усилили поглощение урона 40/47.5/55/62.5/70% было 45/50/55/60/65%
Ульт снижение кд при киле/ассисте на 70% было 18 сек при киле 9 при ассисте
Riven: Уменьшен хитбокс распрыжки, теперь только 3-им прыжком можно пройти через стену (риоты говорят, что собираются подрезать ее мобильность)
Борк рендж юза уменьшен, кд увеличен
Так же визуальное дополнение для онлайн просмотра под катом (индикаторы дракон/барон и другое)

Что-то я забыл про новости с ПБЕ а они интересные.
Начнем с основных нерф/бафов

ТФ Pick a card теперь выбор карты не 10, а всего несколько секунд, и долго выбранную карту на руках подержать не выйдет (пичаль-беда, заебали уже его нерфить)

Райз Ну тут риоты разошлись не на шутку: Немного повысили мувспид с ульты + базовый мувспид, уменьшили дальность действия всех навыков.

А вот Трэш балнсировка (в долгих играх наверно будет +) .75 Брони/Ап за душу, было Бонус с первой души 1, за последующие ниже на 0.005 , до минимума прироста в 0.5 за душу достигается при 101 душе.

Элайз ну тут нерф и по мне очевиден, но нерф слабоват как таковой, снизили все параметры паучков, убрали снижение урона от аое,
урон и дальность запуска паучка снижены(Volatile Spiderling, если кто не понял), убрали баг когда можно было: использовать будучи в прыжке навыки, прыгать за дальность действия навыка, паучки теперь прыгают чуть позже самой элайз

Ну а теперь по мелочнее:(исправления)
Картус: баг кнопка не использовалась на макс рендже.
баг при быстром чередовании включение/выключение аое огромный дпс ибо шел не тик в секунду, а от скорости тыка в скилk.
Мальз: из всего, стоит отметить фикс воидинга, теперь он не тыркается между таргетами если висит более 1 дота.
Нами: баг тюрьма станила дольше чем должна
ВВ: ульта наносила урон после прерывания
Фидл: пассив действовал на барона и дракона
Аше: стаки пассива набирались пока, сам он находился на кд, так же стаки фокуса появлялись в специфических случаях
+ повысили скорость регена фокуса

И о чудо (ну наконец-то блять)
Всеми давно выпрашиваемые итемы на резист + изменение старых(не пугайтесь в лучшую сторону)
Не думаю, что нужен перевод, но если надо напишу в коментах.

UNIQUE Passive - Tenacity: Reduces the duration of stuns, slows, taunts, fears, silences, blinds, and immobilizes by 35%.
UNIQUE Passive - Lifeline: Upon taking magic damage that would reduce Health below 30%, grants a shield that absorbs 400 magic damage for 5 seconds (90 second cooldown.)


New Item: Spectre's Cowl

Recipe: Ruby Crystal + Negatron Cloak + Gold
+ Health
+ Magic Resistance
UNIQUE Passive: Grants bonus Health Regen per 5 seconds for up to 10 seconds after taking damage from an enemy champion.


Spirit Visage

Recipe Changed: Spectre's Cowl + Kindlegem + Gold
Health increased
Magic Resistance increased
Now additionally grants bonus Health Regen per 5 seconds


Banshee's Veil

Recipe Changed: Spectre's Cowl + Ruby Crystal + Gold
Health increased
Magic Resistance increased
No longer gives mana
Additional UNIQUE Passive: Grants significant bonus Health Regen per 5 seconds for up to 10 seconds after taking damage from an enemy champion or when the spell shield breaks.


Guardian Angel

Recipe Changed: Negatron Cloak + Chain Vest + Gold
Magic Resistance increased

Есть еще пара мелочей, но эти постоянные отмены/возвраты, будет по ним более четка инфа напишу.

В связи с тем, что изменения кармы джейса и олафа на лайв серверах произойдут не скоро, их так же временно откатили на ПБЕ.
• Orb of Winter – Не дает щита
• Orb of Winter – Использование дает заряд маны
• Автоатаки Шиванны не уменьшают кд Twin Bite пока не будет прокачан ульт
• Flame Breath Шиванны коректно работает на одиночной цели включая механику SpellVamp (и прочих спел эффектов от предметов)
• Пассив Рэйвена не стакаетя при использовании Gladiator skin и 2 spining axes
• Dominion - поведение миньонов более рандомно ( т.е. для каждого отдельного крипа нет гарантии что он переключится на вас, если вы атакуете вражеского чемпиона)
ТФ пассив изменен, после убийства крипа кидает счастливый кубик 1-6 кол-во бонусного золота (теперь действует только на самого ТФ-та)

Сегодня ставят патч 3.9 ждем удура.

Death Streaks

Death Streak gold has been changed a bit. The death streak penalty has been changed to 13% for first death then 20% for every death afterwards from 13% and 30%. Additionally, the minimum gold a player can be worth is now 50g instead of 15g

Pillar of Flame ( W ) mana cost reduced to 70/75/80/85/90 from 70/80/90/100/110.
Conflagration ( E) mana cost increased to 70/75/80/85/90 from 60/65/70/75/80
Pyroclasm ( R ) mana cost decreased to 100 at all ranks from 100/150/200.


Corki

Valkyrie ( W ) mana cost reduced to 50 at all ranks from 100 at all ranks.
Missile Barrage ( R ) cost reduced to 20 at all ranks from 30/35/40.


Draven

Passive has been remade completely.It is now named "League of Draven" and reads: Draven gains a stack of Adoration when he catches a spinning axe or kills a minion or monster. When Draven kills and enemy champions, he consumes half his Adoration stacks, gaining 3 gold per stack consumed. Draven loses half the Adoration stacks upon death."

Elise

Spider Form / Human Form ( R ) No longer counts as a spellcast for the purposes of items like Tears of the Goddess, Sheen, etc.


Hecarim

Rampage ( Q ) mana cost increased to 24/28/32/36/40 from 25 at all ranks.


Jayce

Transform: Mercury Hammer / Mercury Cannon ( R ) No longer counts as a spellcast for the purposes of items like Tears of the Goddess, Sheen, etc.


Acceleration Gate ( E ) cooldown increased to 16 at all ranks from 14/13/12/11/10


Kennen

Base attack damage lowered to 47 from 51.3
Mark of the Storm duration reduced to 6 seconds from 8 seconds

Sigil of Silence ( Q ) mana cost lowered to 50/60/70/80/90 from 70/75/80/85/90.

Mimic ( R ) now has different flat damages for each of LeBlancs spells. Mimicked Sigil of Silence and Ethereal Chains deal 100/200/300 (+0.65 AP) magic damage on both instances of their damage. Mimicked Distortion deals 150/300/450 (+ratio missing )magic damage.
Mimic ( R ) mana cost reduced to 0 from 100/50/0.

Solar Flare ( R ) Delay normalized from 0.5s~0.75s

Nidalee

Fury of the Dragonborn ( passive ) Remade. All Fury of the Dragonborn effects are now located on the ability tooltip rather than the passive.
New passive is Dragonborn: Gains bonus Armor and Magic resistance. This bonus is increased per level. These bonuses are doubled in Dragon Form.
Flame Breath ( E ) No longer reduces Armor by 15%
Flame Breath ( E ) Now passes through all units hit instead of stopping at the first
Flame Breath ( E ) Debuff duration increased from 4 seconds

( Crystal Scar ) Mana charge Cooldown is now 2 times per 6 seconds down from 3 seconds flat.


Maw of Malmortius

Attack damage increased to 60 from 55.
Magic resist increased to 40 from 36.
Passive increased to 1 AD for every 2% of missing HP, up to max of 35 AD from 1 per every 2.5% missing HP.


Oracle's Elixir

Now reads "(Revealing a ward in this manner grants aportion of the gold reward when that unit is killed.)"
No longer reads "until death" - persists through death now.
* Reveal Radius reduced to 600 from 750
* Duration reduced to 4 minutes from 5 minutes
* Now has a particle denoting the radius of effect


Orb of Winter ( new item! )

UNIQUE Passive: Grants a shield that absorbs up to 30 (+10 per level) damage. The shield will refresh after 9 seconds without receiving damage.


Tear of the Goddess

Mana charge now grants 4 ( 5 on Crystal Scar ) maximum mana ..
( Summoner's Rift ) Mana charge cooldown is now 2 times every 8 seconds from 3 seconds flat.
( Crystal Scar ) Mana charge cooldown is now 2 times every 6 seconds from 3 seconds flat.


Wards

Vision and Sight Ward are now worth slightly more gold, up from 25

Wriggle's Lantern Ward is now worth slightly more gold, up from 15

Reward structure for killing wards has been changed to the following:

The killer of the ward gains 50% of the ward's base gold value

Nearby allied champions with Oracle Elixir or allied champions that have placed Vision Wards nearby split 50% of the ward's base gold value

Новость уже есть и на лолгее но все же.
Изменения на ПБЕ.
Булварк удален, видимо риоты поняли что это арт дающий высочайший резист дофига хп и армор + аура, и при этом по дешевке.
Аэгис занерфлен и апгрейдится теперь в локет смотреть скрин ниже.
Так, же появились скрины нового окна матч стори.

Новости уже как бы 2 дня забыл написать.
Риоты во всю осваивают анти афк систему и кару за это.
Пенальти (невозможность играть за исключением "кастом" игр, в течнии определенного времени) коснется:
1) Игроки которые вечно выходят из очереди, отказываются от игры;
2) Те кто регнувшись не подтверждает игру.

На пбе внесли изменения внешнего вида следующих предметов.
