Вроде бы это же раньше был какой-то древний скин, который быстро изъяли из продажи, успев при этом продать немножко, из-за чего тот стал весьма редким, а аккаунты с ним стоили огромных денег.

Его не изымали из продажи, т.к. он не продавался никогда в принципе. Карточки с промо-кодом на этот скин раздавали на Penny Arcade Expo, ровно как и скин на Джакса. PAX скин на ТФа риоты раздавали во время своего самого первого участия на этой выставке, в то время игра только-только вставала на ноги, и была не такой популярной, и потому PAX Twisted Fate является самым редким скином в игре.
